Time to cover Eating Disorders.

Webmd says:

  • Eating disorders: Eating disorders involve extreme emotions, attitudes, and behaviors involving weight and food. Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder are the most common eating disorders.

Now most of us binge eat at times, feeling blue, you hit the ice cream.

Chocolate is many a woman’s guilty sin.

Carbs are the diet no no.

I could go on and on, this is not what an eating disorder covers.

If you have any questions or concerns about eating disorders, or you think you might have one or more, please seek out a Mental Health Professional.
